Our Child Care Educators

At Seeds, we pride ourselves on working with an incredibly talented, passionate and professional team of highly skilled educators and staff.

We understand the importance of children having excellent role models in their early development, and as such our team of highly skilled and experienced educators provide the best possible care in a warm, gentle and safe environment.

Our educators are fully qualified in early childhood education and further trained and supported by Montessori trained mentors and educators. Our team works closely together to provide a high quality, nurturing and warm educational environment and deliver leading early childhood education and care to our families.

With years of experience in delivering quality education and care, we understand the importance of consistent staffing for children, allowing them to build strong bonds with their educators. It is why we are focussed on employing long term professionals, who work in and lead their respective educational rooms, providing consistency and further developing strong bonds with our children.

We highly encourage you to meet the educators that will care for your children and welcome you to book a tour and meet with our warm and friendly team.

Montessori Theory, Pedagogy & Prepared Environments

Authentic Montessori education is guided by a deep understanding of child development, purposeful pedagogy and thoughtfully prepared environments. Our Montessori Mentor works closely with our team to ensure each learning environment reflects the core principles of Montessori practice, with carefully curated materials, intentional classroom design and experiences that support children's independence, choice, concentration and exploration. Through ongoing guidance and reflection, our environments continue to evolve to meet the developmental needs of every child while remaining true to authentic Montessori philosophy.

At Seeds Montessori, we believe the strongest learning communities are built when educators learn alongside one another. Guided by our Montessori Mentor, we are committed to fostering a collaborative Community of Practice where ideas are shared, questions are encouraged and professional growth is continuous.

Together, we are creating a culture of continuous learning that benefits not only our educators, but every child and family within our community.

"In this role, I will guide, support, inspire and empower our preschool teachers and educators in their own Montessori journeys."
