At Seeds Montessori, we understand the importance of healthy and nutritional meals to help children develop their growing minds and bodies.

As part of our dedication to providing exceptional early childhood education and care, we provide nutritious meals, prepared by our professionally qualified chef. All meals are freshly prepared daily, in our onsite kitchen, using quality food sourced from local producers, shops and suppliers.

Each day, children are provided with breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack.

At Seeds, we work with our families to accommodate for any allergies or any special dietary requirements of each child.

Meet our Chef

Our chef extraordinaire, Iwona, started her passion for cooking some 30 years ago whilst living in Poland and completing her qualification in ‘Technician of Food Technology’ subsequently becoming a certified Dietitian. Upon arriving to Australia, Iwona found her love of providing nutritious meals for children in early childhood settings.

Iwona is passionate about providing quality, home-made and nutritionally balanced meals for children and makes sure that all children and the team are well fed throughout the day.

Eating habits are instilled from a young age and often these habits are carried through to adulthood. Healthy eating is so important for young children, creating benefits for their future selves”.
